چکیده

anticoagulant use is rather uncommon. Berman, in 1952, recognize and document intramural hematoma arising for patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy firstly. From a review of the literature, there were some sporadic cases of anticoagulant-induced intramural hematoma (AIH) of the gastrointestinal tract been reported, only rare studies have reported the AIH in the large intestine. Herein, we report on a case of colon obstruction due to AIH. Case Report
